Both elevators have been out of service for over 2 weeks and there is no evidence of effort to repair. They say it is working in service mode, and they have an operator to run it when you need it and when I called for the operator to bring groceries and package that have been in my car for two weeks, he had already left for the day. I commented on the app that they should post hours or fix the elevator and my comment got deleted because it was deemed derogatory, the next day they posted hours... for the elevator operator. The hours, 8 to 5 are useless if you have a job I leave for work long before 8 and get back to apt. after 5 as most people do unless you work part-time. We have been told multiple times they expect elevator to be fixed the next day then we find almost 2 weeks after the are down they finally have a productive meeting with the repair company and are working to secure the parts to repair. I love the commute, not far from bridge.
Great amenities, the perks of the luxury apartments downtown. I feel so comfortable. I truly enjoy how accessible everything is within walking distance

The staff provides great communication, the location is idea for downtown living. The building has wonderful amenties.
The only complaint is loud train that runs nightly around 11 pm, 6:30 am, and couples tikes throughout the day. Fortunately, the loud noise last less than 10 seconds.

The staff has taken care of me from the moment I first reached out.

They were attentive, though and made sure I had everything that I needed to make my move seamless.
