I've been living here for almost a year and it has exceeded expectations! The office staff is so responsive, not just with the move-in process, but any questions I've had since moving in, also. My unit is brand new and I love being the first person to live in it. It's a beautiful space. I love how close I am to downtown without having to worry about downtown traffic. It really was a hidden gem!

Our lease officer gave us fresh unit and just what we asked for, first floor and a patio! Beverly has been so responsive and accommodating to us since Day 1! No complaints here! The unit is almost complete from stove, fridge, ceiling fan, dishwasher, microwave to washer and dryer! No hard time connecting to the pre-installed xfinity device, you just have to activate it and voila wifi is ready 24/7! I also got a free 1-month lease! What more can we ask for!
