I have lived here for over two years now and have no complaints so far. The property is maintained really well and feels secure because of the gated parking and fob access.
The location couldn't be any better! It is right across from Overton Park and just a quick walk to Overton Square!!

Art Lofts at Overton is a beautiful community and location is perfect especially if you work at St. Jude or any where off poplar. The staff is always going above and beyond to meet my needs

My car along with 25+ others have been broken in to continuously over the course of a month. Management covers it up and just won’t show up for work. Tupi find out a car got ransacked by walking out to shattered glass that will never get cleaned up. Beautiful space but shady management. Go somewhere else

Amongst a frightening amount of vehicle break-ins and vehicle theft, the management neglected to address the lack of adequate security to prevent this from continuing.
